Reformer Pilates
Essentials
level: beginner/all
This class is perfect for those new to reformer Pilates, working with movement restrictions, or wanting to revisit the fundamentals. We'll focus on foundational Pilates movements that serve as the building blocks for more advanced classes. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more connected to your core, with improved mobility and posture.
Flow
level: intermediate
Building on the essentials, this class introduces more dynamic movements designed to enhance strength, control, and balance. Expect a seamless, invigorating session that deepens your practice and challenges your body in new ways.
Dynamic
level: intermediate-advanced
This challenging class focuses on full-body integration and strength. Expect to be challenged as we explore more advanced reformer Pilates movements in a fun, supportive environment.
Not recommended for beginners.
Sliding Scale - Essentials
level: beginner/all
To help make Pilates more financially accessible, this class offers a sliding scale option of $10, $15, or $20. Our hope is that this class provides an opportunity for everyone to experience the amazing benefits of Pilates.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates - Core Foundations

Build strength from the inside out. This beginner-friendly mat class focuses on core activation, balance, mobility, and stability. Expect a satisfying session that leaves you feeling stronger and more connected to your whole body.
Mat Pilates - Core & Conditioning
level: intermediate/advanced
Level up your mat practice with a challenging and dynamic, full-body workout designed to condition and strengthen. Expect an invigorating and challenging session that deepens your pilates practice and leaves you feeling empowered, stronger, and energized.

4 Class Pack - $104 +hst
10 Class Pack - $240 +hst
20 Class Pack - $440 +hst
